A native of Washington, D.C., Carmicia knows firsthand what it feels like to relocate. As the child of an Air Force parent, she grew up experiencing life in many different places and understands that moving is about much more than changing addresses—it’s about starting a new chapter. She proudly considers North Carolina home and brings that personal perspective to every client she serves.
 

Carmicia earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and holds two Master of Science degrees from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she enjoys serving her community and giving back.

Outside of real estate, Carmicia enjoys playing basketball, watching football, traveling, dancing, arts and crafts, and all things real estate. Most of all, she values spending quality time with her loved ones.
